Hi, we’re Kate and Priya! We are trained Ayurvedic caregivers and holistic health practitioners who have served hundreds of families in preconception, pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We’ve combined our skills and decades of hands-on experience in motherhood, holistic nutrition, and personal chef work to create this training; it’s a potent, prayer-filled offering for you.

Both, Baby! We will learn the foundational basics and also practical cooking skills. You’ll walk away with increased understanding and practical hands-on skills you can implement right away.

I’m vegan, will this course apply to me and my diet?

The skills you’ll learn in the course can be applied to any diet and we’ll teach you how to modify recipes to meet your specific dietary preferences and needs.

I’m a newbie! Do I need to have previous culinary experience or is this designed for all levels?

We welcome all levels. This is for everyone, no matter where you are on your cooking journey.

What if I had my baby months (or years) ago, is this still relevant
